The State of the Union - what he won't say
In preparing push-back talking points for tonight’s State of the Union Address it occurred to me that instead of writing in response to what Bush will say – we should look at what he probably won’t say.
Bush probably won’t talk about the 5.2 million people WITHOUT healthcare or the additional 1.4 million people who will go without healthcare if his agenda passes.
Bush probably won’t talk about the 4.3 million MORE Americans in poverty since he took office. And he probably won’t talk about the 7 percent increase in consumers’ medical bills since 2003!
But more importantly, he won’t talk about the real problem behind all those problems. The real crisis is not the medicaid crisis, it’s not the prescription drug crisis and it is not the insurance crisis – it’s the overall PRICE of living in America. It is the PRICE of American healthcare. It’s the PRICE of drugs. It’s the PRICE of getting lab tests and surgeries and hospital gowns and doctors’ fees and all those little pads and pens that pharmaceutical companies use to promote their products and primetime commercials. Until we get past all the rhetoric and into the reality – no amount of reform is going to fix the underlying problem. It’s just getting too darn expensive to live, healthy or not, in this country.

I'm a democrata and I'm very concern about many issues that is happening right now in reference to the Socia Security, the war in Iraq and the proteccion of the environment. Those issues are very vital and critical for the sustaining of the human being. I'm also a christian person and I believe that the Democratics are doing well in supporting to keep the actual system which is better than the private account. I believe that the senators or the house of representative from your party must go to christian radios and ask permission to talk to the audience about what the president pretend to set up for the Social Security and the dangers that will cometo its citizens. I believe you need to spread your concern and warn christians people about this crime that is going to happen. I'm also against the Iraq's war and this is not coming from God. I'm been seeking God studying his word and i noticed that people have been deceived by pastors using in the churches the moral values as a trap to pursuade them to cast their votes for Republicans. Our children have been deceived by the president and his administration to volunteer to go to war using the word freedom to be slaughter in Iraq. Christian coalision is making a big mistake supporting the Republicans when they are the one that are misleading christians . On Ezek. 16:20 says Moreover you took your sons and your daughters, whom you bore to Me, and these you sacrificed to them to be devoured......
We are seeing in this times that prophecy is repeating. People is crying right now for justice and our representatives are not caring for the flock entrusted by our Shepperd, Christ. On Isaiah 59:9 saysTherefore justice is far from us, Nor does righteousness overtake us; We look for light but there is darkness. For Brightness, but we walk in blackness. I believe that God want us to be ritghteous and just for our people here and all over the world. Christians need to be a living sacrifice for our Lord and proclaim his love wiht a truth testimony. But wihtout love those who professed to be christians condem those that are in sins.Sinners need love and need to be restored to God and save them but not by hate or force. I believe that Democratic party need to talk to Christian leaders and let them now that the future for the American people is in danger and they are in their hands to persuade them to write to the president about this atrocity and stop him for his agenda.
Another issue is the protection of our green house. This administration is ruinning the ecoloy of our system by not signing the right treaty to stop polluting the oceans with wastings, the air and soil. This administration is spending billions of dollars for mission to the space when the money is needed to support poor people and protect our environment. Our solar system is been invade by so much spacecraft that is imbalancing our planetarium system, bringing disgrace and tragedy to our earth. I believe that those huracanes and desasters that we are getting lately is because our universe is being disturbed for so much activity that the men are trying to experiment there. Thanks a lot.
I hope the Democratic party can develope a letter so people can just E-mail it to the president.
